Over the summer, I interned in NYC with Chase’s Consumer Banking Design Strategy team. Working alongside two other design interns, Yuki and Noelle, we completed the end-to-end design process for a new family banking experience. From conducting user research to delivering final prototypes, we proposed a new experience aimed at helping parents more easily manage their childrens' finances.

Due to NDA, I can’t share the solution we proposed. I can, however, share some things we completed over our 10-week internship. Our work included stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and iterative design sprints, culminating in a high-fidelity concept for a reimagined family banking experience.

Out of all Chase households in the US, only a small fraction currently have youth accounts open. Our final solution has the potential to reach over 6.9 million households nationwide.
